MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIPS

The Waffle House, Inc. Internship Training System (ITS) is a ten-week program designed to teach college students the fundamentals of Waffle House operations, organizational structure and leadership perspective. The ITS candidate should expect to spend 60% of their time working in a restaurant in a hands-on productive learning environment. The rest of schedule is focused on management training, coaching from senior leadership and participation in outside events to experience our human resources, marketing, recruiting and community relations systems.

Testing and evaluations are part of the curriculum and interns will earn college credit for the course.
